Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using computerized tomography equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Select and adjust technical parameters to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure.
  • Administer contrast media and medications as needed, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor patient safety and well-being during procedures, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program within 6 months of hire date.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Nuclear Medical Tech, Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography, or Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography.
