Role Summary:

The logistics team associate will support daily activities and responsibilities within the shipping department. This role requires familiarity with the daily operational schedule and the ability to fulfill orders according to established timelines. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and other departments. Additionally, this position demands excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Collaborate proactively with shipping team members and the shipping manager on customer orders, production timelines, shipping schedules, and dispatch dates.

  • Recognize and understand the organization of various bagging and boxing stations to anticipate next steps.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills, including transitioning bagging and boxing stations for specific products in the queue.
  • Capability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Commitment to serving the needs of team members to enhance overall team performance.
  • Adhere to all shipping protocols and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a shipping environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in quality inspection, sorting, and counting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Shop Track and Syteline is a plus.
  • Must be organized, driven, and open to coaching.

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation: $15 / Hour - bi-weekly pay

Work Schedule: 1st Shift 7AM – 3:30PM – 40 hours per week (on-site only)
