Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Take orders and provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure all liquor, beer, and wine products are stored safely and securely.
  • Assist with recipe batching, ice molding, and other bar-related tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including disposing of waste and cleaning glassware.
  • Assist servers and other bartenders as needed.
  • Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of high-volume bar experience required.
  • Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
Working Conditions

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 45 pounds. The individual must be able to work in extreme temperatures and be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
