We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our prestigious legal team at Jobot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and be able to manage a diverse caseload, conduct thorough legal research, and draft complex legal documents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed and thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft, review, and edit a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court and provide expert legal advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in construction law and regulations.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present arguments and explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
