Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Counterparts Representative to join our team at Wright Hyundai.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Part Location and Procurement: Locate and procure parts requested by customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate billing.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless parts ordering and fulfillment processes.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles or parts sales preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
$50,000 - $65,000 per year.
