Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with unstable angina, myocardial infarctions, arrhythmias, acute renal failure, and other complex cardiac conditions.
- Administer medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
