We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Recruiter to join our team at Phelps Health. Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top nursing talent;
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, including advertising, social media marketing, and career fairs;
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR staff to ensure smooth onboarding processes;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with nursing schools and universities;
- Designing and evaluating customized recruitment campaigns to meet specific needs;
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities, expenses, and progress toward goals;
- Negotiating compensation packages and confirming job offers;
- Representing Phelps Health at career events and conferences.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the healthcare industry;
- An associate's degree in nursing or related field; and/or relevant work experience may be credited towards education requirements;
- A valid Missouri driver's license;
- A current Missouri Nursing License (if applicable);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to lift and/or carry up to 15 pounds;
- Ability to work in standard office conditions with minimal physical discomfort.
Salary:
This is a full-time position, and the estimated annual salary range is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
