Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated, friendly, and proactive Housekeepers to contribute to our vibrant retirement community, Cadence Mooresville.

We are in search of both full-time and part-time housekeepers to enhance our supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all designated areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic state, including residents' living spaces, communal areas, and outdoor environments.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as washing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping throughout the facility.
  • Adhere to the established cleaning schedule and protocols in accordance with community standards, while observing all safety measures.
  • Report any maintenance requests or safety concerns promptly.
  • Handle laundry duties as assigned.
  • Maintain proper storage of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies at all times.
Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to serving the senior community.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, independent living, assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings is beneficial.
