Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all facets of manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, maintenance, cGMP, and EHS compliance.
- Coach and guide the manufacturing workforce to achieve annual performance targets.
- Allocate time effectively: 60% on the production floor, 30% on administrative tasks, and 10% on meetings.
- Inspire and develop the manufacturing team to meet production objectives.
- Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures to reach established goals.
- Set and monitor performance goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards.
- Pursue continuous enhancements in manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage labor costs, quality returns, and repair expenses effectively.

- Ensure compliance with all EH&S and OSHA regulations.
- Direct maintenance efforts to maximize equipment utilization.
- Maintain cleanliness in personal work areas and overall plant housekeeping.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to EHS standards, promoting health and safety within the workforce.
- Demonstrate integrity in all interactions with associates and stakeholders.
- Utilize strategic thinking and business acumen to improve key financial metrics.
- Engage stakeholders collaboratively in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of management experience in a continuous operation and GMP environment.
- Proven experience leading teams in a filling and packaging manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with liquid, lotion, cream, and aerosol processing and filling is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong safety performance is essential.
- Ability to analyze processes and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in developing and managing operating budgets.
