Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team at Royal Plus, a 24/7 full-service disaster restoration company. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients, subs, and in-house teams.
• Utilize computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry policies and procedures.
• Set and monitor goals to achieve excellence.
• Solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain high professional standards with clients, subs, and in-house teams.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test upon hire.

Physical Demands:

• Lift 50lbs regularly and perform medium to heavy labor.
• Work in various environments, including awkward places, and withstand extreme cold.
• Be willing to work in high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions.
