At Omega Enterprises, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Station Assistant to join our team at Caritas Nursing and Care Home St. Elisabeth.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance with daily tasks, including meal and laundry services, to ensure the well-being of our residents.
- Support housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Collaborate with our care team to implement care and quality goals, enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.
- Exhibit empathy, resilience, and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues.
- Enjoy working with our residents and contributing to their care and well-being.
We provide attractive compensation according to the collective agreement of the German Caritas Association, as well as Christmas and vacation bonuses.
