About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center? Grapevine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments, diagnoses, and interventions to patients in critical care settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans, monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on nutrition-related topics, promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
  • Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
  • Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
