Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Administer injections and conduct pregnancy tests with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain a sterile work environment and follow established procedures
  • Assist practitioners and utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document patient information accurately
  • Efficiently manage clinic flow and ensure timely patient care while maintaining confidentiality
  • Offer emotional support, counseling, and resources to patients facing sensitive reproductive health decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, with family planning experience preferred
  • Completion of a Practical Nursing Program approved by the State Board of Nursing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams preferred
  • Reliable transportation
