About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Estimated Salary: $43,200 - $57,600 per year (based on 30 hours/week).

This is an excellent opportunity to work with children aged 2-6, providing one-on-one ABA therapy in our clinic while contributing significantly to our mission-driven care model.

Our team uses the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy, to empower children on the autism spectrum towards their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to implement effective intervention plans.
  • Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's progress.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program preferred.
  • RBT certification required (Soar will provide paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children essential.
  • Reliable transportation necessary.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
