Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
  • Following established protocols and facility guidelines to deliver high-quality care.
  • Responding to resident requests for assistance and monitoring any changes in their condition, reporting observations to nursing staff.
  • Implementing personalized care plans to uphold the dignity and comfort of each resident.
  • Providing comprehensive support that addresses the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid CNA License.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Teamwork capabilities and the ability to assist in lifting and moving patients.
  • A solid foundation of clinical knowledge and skills.

Educational Background:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
