Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional or Special Education Assistant to join our team at Soliant. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with a caseload of Elementary, Middle, or High School students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities tailored to the individual needs of the students.
  • Maintain open communication with the classroom teacher, school staff, and parents regarding the student's progress and needs.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to the students to foster a positive learning environment.
