Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and replacements.
- Collaborate with team members to execute technical services efficiently.
- Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition and complies with safety and environmental standards.
- Communicate any mechanical issues to management as they arise.
- Safely operate shop equipment and customer vehicles.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and support departments.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations, including OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in vehicle maintenance.
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with passenger vehicles and light trucks, including oil changes and minor repairs.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday, with most locations closing by 2 PM on Saturdays, allowing for Sundays off.

Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Automotive Lube Technician up to $17/hr)
