We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist Senior to join our team at Adventist Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our medical team diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
  • Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Use PACS and teleradiology systems to correctly transfer images to the appropriate location.
  • Ensure department, equipment, and staffing meet requirements set forth by any accreditation maintained by the facility.
  • Plan the daily patient workload to accommodate patients and provide adequate staffing to meet patient needs.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
  • Three years' CT technologist experience: Preferred
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA
  • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
