Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and production standards.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and dishwashers.
  • Ensure that all food is stored, labeled, and dated according to company policies and HACCP guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements
  • Previous cooking and/or food service experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
