Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team at St. David's Medical Center. As a PRN Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and care for adult and geriatric patients with a range of illnesses
  • Administer medications and provide direct and indirect patient care
  • Circulate cases and scrub procedures as needed
  • Document and monitor patient procedures
Requirements
  • 1 year of critical care and/or Cath Lab experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 3 years of critical care experience - preferred
  • 1 year of diagnostic or interventional Cath Lab experience - preferred
Education and Certifications
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
