JobsQuest is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery
  • Inspect equipment and vehicles to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Fabricate parts and components as needed
  • Use various tools and equipment, including welding and cutting machines
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of welding and cutting techniques
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • CDL license
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and electrical repairs
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Work Environment

The Maintenance Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, and tools. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
