Job Summary

Maintain a clean and safe environment for employees by performing various cleaning and sanitation tasks. Ensure all areas of the office are tidy and well-maintained, including restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Sanitize restrooms, kitchen, and other high-touch areas.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Restock supplies, including toilet paper and paper towels.
  • Assist with snow removal and other outdoor tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and orderly, including moving furniture and re-arranging as directed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior cleaning or custodial experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety standards.
Working Conditions
  • Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals.
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.
