Job Overview

Nursefinders is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team. As a NICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill or premature infants in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical conditions.
  • Administer medications and perform complex procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Experience working in a NICU setting, with a focus on premature infant care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
