- Document patient progress and outcomes, using approved terminology and forms.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in team conferences and meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Louisiana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
