  • Support and expansion of ZIA member services
  • Contact point for all questions related to membership (single point of contact)
  • Proactive support in acquiring new members
  • Onboarding of new members
  • Development of modern strategies for member retention
  • Data management and continuous optimization of ZIA CRM
  • Interface with various departments of ZIA on membership matters
  • Accompanying member satisfaction surveys
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, real estate clerk, insurance clerk) or comparable qualification
  • Also open to academic career changers with proven experience in assistant roles and/or project management
  • Professional experience in association work is an advantage
  • Very good CRM and MS Office skills
  • Strong service mentality and reliability
  • Strong organizational skills and independence
  • Communication skills and understanding of customer relationship at all levels
