Job Summary:

The Clinical Care Specialist will provide basic clinical care to patients, performing x-ray testing and preparing patients for medical evaluation by physicians and nurse practitioners. This role requires strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly greet patients and communicate wait times effectively
  • Assist front desk personnel with patient check-in and out procedures
  • Obtain and document patient vital signs, weight, and medical history
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and follow established safety protocols
  • Complete required documentation related to patient visits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification
  • At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferably)
  • A Medical Assistant Certificate and ARRT certification (desired)
