Position Summary

We are seeking candidates with genuine manufacturing experience. Please note that warehouse experience or forklift operation will not be considered.

The role involves:

  • Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
  • Ensuring finished products are packaged according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspecting in-process packaging and components to maintain consistent quality, while removing defective items.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of manufacturing activities related to product packaging, including device history records and inventory counts.
  • Performing basic mathematical calculations necessary for completing batch records.
  • Assisting with inventory counting as needed.
  • Participating in safety audits and engaging in daily safety discussions.
  • Conducting routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
  • Adhering to all personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements.
  • Handling hazardous waste appropriately.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and good documentation practices are essential. Candidates must be flexible with work schedules, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as needed. Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functionality is also required.

This position is classified as Non-Exempt and is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
