About the Position

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate at Lincoln Memorial University, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include performing cleaning duties around assigned buildings, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, and mopping floors, and participating in the advancement of university programs by completing required reports and other tasks as assigned.

Our ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, the ability to perform manual work, including bending, climbing, lifting, and pulling, and the ability to exert 10-15 pounds frequently and greater than 15 pounds on an infrequent basis.
