Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and develop, implement, and review nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and make recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and submit records, reports, and evaluations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse or a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing and at least one year's experience as a Registered Nurse or a Master's degree or higher in Nursing.
- Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
