  • Supervision and Scheduling: Supervise 3-4 employees and create weekly schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security, and report any facility issues to management.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to high-risk situations and request emergency personnel as needed.
  • Software Utilization: Successfully use provided software to annotate events that occur during shifts.
  • Property Scanning: Regularly scan pre-determined points as directed by management.
  • Teamwork and Payroll: Work collaboratively with colleagues and complete weekly payroll tasks.
  • Interviews and Hiring: Conduct interviews and complete the hiring process for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
  • Security Equipment Familiarity: Familiarity with security equipment and ability to handle a light physical workload.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain grooming standards.
  • Education and Transportation: High School Diploma or equivalent and a reliable means of transportation with a valid driver's license.
  • Certifications and Background Check: Must pass a drug screen and background check, and meet E-Verify requirements.
