Job Overview

This part-time position as a Patient Care Coordinator offers a variable schedule, working in a dynamic environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment and analytical support for concurrent and retrospective quality and utilization activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and plans.
  • Promote coordination of care and continuity of care to achieve consistent and/or expected clinical conditions.
  • Act as a patient advocate for efficient resource management while promoting whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Minimum 3 years of medical-surgical or comparable acute care nursing experience.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $94,491.84 and $148,735.20, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Role

This role promotes coordination of care, continuity of care, and achievement of consistent and/or expected clinical conditions. As a patient advocate, the RN ensures efficient resource management while promoting whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
