We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in one of the fastest growing areas of Alabama. About the OpportunityThis is an excellent chance for a motivated physician to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our practice. Our state-of-the-art facilities offer advanced technology and equipment, including an electronic medical records system, in-office diagnostic lab, and onsite pharmacy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care, and participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, participate in education and research activities, and engage in community outreach and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, preventative care, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and manage complex cases.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct exams, order tests, and interpret results.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and support.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in Alabama.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes.
