Job Description:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician with Harvard Maintenance, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our clients' facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include performing daily cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and responding to any facility-related issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items/areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Respond to facility-related issues and concerns
