We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our team at Highland Holdings LLC. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within our manufactured housing communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics and electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Job Summary:

  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems within our communities
  • Conducts routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical and electrical issues
  • Communicates effectively with residents and management teams

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and cleans all grounds, including picking up trash and preparing dumpsters for pickup
  • Tracks time spent at sites using property management software
  • Follows a preventive maintenance program and performs routine preventive maintenance
  • Tracks and maintains material and supply inventory

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in grounds, maintenance, or construction
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Benefits:
