Job Summary:
Browyn Sugar Virtual Solutions is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing mobile X-Ray and EKG services to healthcare facilities and other locations. You will be responsible for performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital radiography equipment, performing EKGs, and maintaining regular communication with dispatch management and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Unload portable X-Ray equipment and bring it into facilities to perform exams as ordered by the physician.
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
- Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.
- Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
- Interact professionally and efficiently with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
- Maintain the vehicle and X-Ray equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Valid Regular Driver's License (DL)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination
- Must not have already applied directly for this position
