- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate assigned patients, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing interventions.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Conduct various patient assessments and administer medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.
- Encourage patient autonomy by setting care objectives and educating patients and their families about conditions, medications, and self-management skills.
- Utilize experience and clinical judgment to set and achieve goals while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Qualifications include an associate's degree and an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- Familiarity with standard nursing concepts, practices, and procedures is highly preferred.
