Job Title: Resilience Analyst

Ironclad Defense Works is seeking a highly skilled Resilience Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our resilience team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the resilience of the Alliance by conducting detailed analyses and developing strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities and strengthen NATO's ability to withstand and recover from strategic shocks and disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resilience Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of NATO member nations' resilience capabilities, focusing on critical infrastructure, supply chains, and other essential systems. Identify gaps and vulnerabilities that could impact the Alliance's overall security and operational readiness.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of resilience strategies and policies that align with NATO's broader strategic objectives. Ensure that these strategies are informed by the latest intelligence and are adaptable to a rapidly changing global security environment.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to resilience measures, incidents, and exercises to provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior NATO leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Work closely with various NATO bodies, member nations, and international organizations to coordinate resilience efforts. Facilitate the exchange of best practices and promote a unified approach to resilience across the Alliance.
  • Exercise Support: Participate in and support NATO resilience exercises, including planning, execution, and evaluation phases. Ensure that exercises effectively test NATO's resilience capabilities and provide learning opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in international relations, security studies, emergency management, or a related field. Advanced degrees in resilience or crisis management are highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in resilience planning, crisis management, or emergency response, preferably within an international or military organization. Experience with NATO or other multinational defense entities is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with a strong ability to interpret and apply resilience-related data. Familiarity with NATO's operational frameworks and resilience requirements is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment is crucial.
  • Clearance: A current SECRET security clearance is required
