Responsibilities:
  • Center Operations: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members.
  • Sales: Maintain flawless lead management, conduct call drives to new and existing leads, and finalize sales and bookings generated through our online self-sign up flow.
  • Leadership: Foster a coaching culture, assess and document Coaches based on the KidStrong Coach DNA profile, and partner with the General Manager on onboarding, managing, training, and evaluating coaching candidates.
Requirements:
  • Athletic or coaching background with experience working with kids ages 15 months - 11 years old.
  • Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding various topics.
  • Achieve Coach Certification through our HQ Training and Certification team.
  • Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in management is preferred but not required.
