Position Summary

We are currently seeking to fill the role of an On-Demand Security Officer. This position is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of the facilities under our protection. An On-Demand Security Officer serves as a visible deterrent to unlawful activities and client policy violations, while also identifying and reporting any suspicious, unsafe, or criminal behaviors that may pose a risk to property, clients, guests, or employees.

Key Details
  • Location: Various assignments available
  • Compensation: Starting pay between $16 - $17 per hour
  • Schedule: Must be available for all shifts; flexibility is essential for covering shifts as needed
  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Payment Options: Daily and weekly pay available; you choose your pay schedule
  • Ideal Candidates: Those with prior security or customer service experience
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations
  • For driving positions, a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory
  • Willingness to work across multiple client sites and locations
  • Availability to work any day and time as needed
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize advanced technology at client sites
  • Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively
  • Physical requirements include the ability to work in various weather conditions, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods
