Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka'anapali. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Enter guest rooms and ensure that all amenities and supplies are in order.
  • Replace dirty linens and towels with clean ones.
  • Make beds and fold towels.
  • Clean bathrooms and remove trash and dirty linen.
  • Check that all appliances are present and in working order.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
