Job Summary

The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing the management of day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring all safety requirements are met, and managing the financial progress of each project. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to make decisions using our core values of Quality, Teamwork, Pride, Passion, and Integrity, and a strong focus on customer relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams through all phases of the project, from initiation to closure
  • Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of assigned projects
  • Ensure all safety requirements are met, monitoring safety performance of direct reports and subcontractors
  • Manage the financial progress of each project, including contractual obligations and pay schedules
  • Document employee performance and communicate action plans with employees
  • Adhere to operating procedures to ensure staff is operating efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure training objectives are met for all staff within stated timeframes
  • Ensure all assigned employees are actively participating in department goals
  • Organize and lead weekly toolbox talks at each jobsite
  • Ensure client contract compliance is upheld
  • Maintain communications with clients as necessary
  • Orient new coworkers and actively support teamwork throughout the company
  • Participate in corporate and team meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5 years of construction management experience
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems
  • Experience in contractor accounting systems such as CMiC or similar
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to perform construction-related tasks in the field if needed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A take-initiative mindset
  • A strong focus on customer relations
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to travel is required
