Responsibilities:
Dispatcher:

  • Oversee CCTV surveillance systems.
  • Coordinate the deployment of Patrol Officers to designated locations.
  • Handle incoming calls, both routine and emergency.
  • Monitor alarm systems.
  • Respond to radio communications.
  • Document reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered during duty, including providing directions and general information.

Security Patrol Officer:

  • Conduct patrols of commercial or industrial properties to deter and identify signs of unauthorized access, ensuring the security of entrances, exits, and barriers.
  • Authorize and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other individuals to prevent theft and maintain property security.
  • Prepare reports detailing daily activities and any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or the presence of unauthorized individuals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all individuals encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general information.
  • Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols to safeguard against theft and ensure a secure environment.
  • Maintain accurate logs regarding individuals and property, including packages.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and document data for management review.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Access Control Specialist:

  • Manage access to facilities through gate operations, verifying the credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Inspect vehicle passes to ensure authorized access.
  • Review documentation for commercial vehicles and direct them to appropriate entry points.
  • Understand and implement maritime security procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of vehicles as per security protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all individuals encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general information.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.

Must possess a valid driver's license.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must meet the physical demands of the job, which may include lifting over 50 lbs, performing foot patrols, navigating stairs, and working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a security role.

Possession of a TWIC Card.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary based on qualifications, experience, and role, ranging from $12.25 to $14.00 per hour.
