Physical Therapist

AICA Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and management of personal injury, third-party, and wellness patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all clinical duties related to patient care at AICA Orthopedics
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, including clinical and administrative functions
- Co-manage relationships and communication among local physical therapy departments and team members
- Effectively communicate clinical and non-clinical information to other staff physical therapists, PTA's, chiropractors, clinic directors, and executive management
- Co-manage daily operations for physical therapy services at the local office to ensure execution of the company's mission and goals
- See 15-18 patients per day
- Exhibit exceptional knowledge of personal injury and third-party liability services lines
- Treat, document, and manage all aspects of patient care and personal injury cases
- Provide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, along with a focus on therapeutic exercises
- Travel to other AICA locations within or outside of the geographical region to perform similar physical therapy duties
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Know and meet key performance indicators
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and inviting
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience: no previous experience required, but 1+ year of outpatient orthopedics experience is a plus
- Preferred: ability to effectively multi-task under time pressure, strong communication and leadership skills
- Team-oriented and able to work with various managers, staff, and providers
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
