Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pizza Artisan to join our team at Matteos Restaurant & Pizzeria Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pizza preparation, including the ability to craft exceptional sauces, dough, and cheese, as well as prepare garlic knots and fresh toppings daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and create high-quality pizza and related dishes.
  • Ensure the daily preparation of sauces, dough, and fresh ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to excellence.

Work Schedule

Availability for two lunch shifts, including Sundays and weekends is required. Our restaurant operates with the following hours: closed on Mondays, and open from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday, with lunch and dinner service on Fridays and Saturdays.

Benefits
