We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Westgate Gardens Care Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse who is passionate about working with seniors and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of skilled nursing, rehab experience, and post-acute experience. New graduates are welcome, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LVN license in good standing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.
  • Computer literate and able to navigate electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
