We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting the financial needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and products, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or general banking diploma preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
