Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patients' needs, providing timely and effective care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, allergies, and other relevant factors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patients' conditions, identifying and responding to changes in their status
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
- Active RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
