The Mutuel Clerk - Racing and Sports is responsible for assisting guests with placing wagers on horse racing and sporting events from around the globe. This role is a key part of the guest experience, and the successful candidate will be able to provide top-notch service and create memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
  • Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, making change, and reconciling cash bank for assigned shift
  • Assist customers in placing bets and navigating the various betting options
  • Verify winning tickets and distribute payouts accurately
  • Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety
