Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Active Directory Management:**
- Administer user and group accounts.
- Oversee endpoint device management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and organizational policies.

2. **SharePoint Administration:**
- Design and develop SharePoint sites, including pages, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Provide assistance to end-users for content maintenance and site development.
- Create wireframes and design mockups for client presentations.
- Maintain data integrity and establish role-based access controls.

3. **Technical Support and Troubleshooting:**
- Serve as the primary contact for critical server outages and communicate status updates.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and provide performance reports.
- Define and execute server backup and recovery procedures.

4. **Collaboration and Coordination:**
- Work closely with other IT functional areas to ensure server availability and reliability.
- Provide off-hours support as part of a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role supporting server environments.
- At least 6 years of experience with Windows Operating Systems (2012, 2016, 2019) and VMware technologies.
- Proficient in Active Directory and LDAP technologies, with experience in designing and implementing network infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, SQL Server, and application development.
- Familiarity with APIs and web services for JSON consumption.
- Competent in Microsoft PowerShell and server monitoring tools.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site requirements for meetings and collaboration.
