Job Opportunity for Physical Therapists

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel job in Terre Haute, Indiana.

We are currently hiring Physical Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Terre Haute, Indiana, and the surrounding areas.

Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $2,020 - $2,182 per week*
- Paid by the hour - not by the visit
- Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law. For this type of employment, Kentucky state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
